From the very first visit, Elmswood stood out as the perfect next home for my Mother. The physical environment is warm and comfortable, with views to the lovely garden from all over the facility. We were very attracted to the single-level nature of the buildings, which allow each resident a garden access which was so important to my mother, who was quite reluctantly making the change from her own home. We have experienced the staff to be responsive, personal and warm in their interactions with our family. My mother is known and regarded. A significant effort is made to meet her individual needs and requests. The staff proactively communicate any concerns or issues when required. I have no hesitation in recommending Elmswood Retirement Village as a wonderful home for my Mum.
