For those in our serviced apartments and care rooms, we see care as a partnership between residents, their families, and our team. From the moment someone moves in, we stay in close contact, sharing updates and making sure you always know how your loved one is doing.
If anything changes with health, medication, or routines, we’ll talk it through with you first. Our Village and Clinical Manager are easy to reach, and you’ll always deal with familiar staff who understand your family’s situation.
You're also welcome to visit any time, join activities, or share a meal in the dining room.

We'll support you with Health NZ assessments, then we'll take time to learn the routines, preferences, and little things that help make your loved one feel at home.
