Many of our residents have said that moving into an apartment or studio has given them a new lease on life. Fresh surroundings, new people to meet, plenty of activity, and no longer bearing the responsibility of a house and garden, often makes people feel lighter and freer to enjoy what life has to offer.

Our stylish, modern apartments and studios come in a variety of sizes and layouts. Residents bring personal furniture and treasures to make their new home their own.

We have just recently opened our new Avon wing, this has a feel of a new new home yet with all the character and warmth you would still expect in a home.

All residents living in an apartment/studio receive three meals a day, cooked on site; weekly housekeeping; fresh towels daily; and all laundry done for them. They can also choose from other services and supports that will help them to maintain an independent lifestyle.

Apartment and studio residents can choose to spend time in their rooms or use one of the Village’s many communal areas to read a book or catch up with friends.

The apartment and studio area of the facility is separated from the rest home and hospital by a different entrance way and dining room.

Each unit includes:

• private patio facing out on to gardens
• ground floor level
• separate bedroom (apartment only)
• open plan living and kitchenette with fridge and microwave space
• underfloor heating
• private telephone and TV and Sky connection
• fibre available
• 24-hour emergency call system
• access to laundry and drying facilities.
